Mazury Lakes a.k.a. Mazurian Lakes
It is North - Eastern Poland. Gee, there are a lot of lakes where you can sail, you can drink in many taverns, pubs, listen to shanty music during festivals. Mazury region is really well prepared for tourists. Sailing season starts in Spring and ends in Autumn. Beware of the mosquitos. Water is clean. You can also fish there.
