Polish Breaded Pork Chop

Ingredients:

1. a few slices of pork

2. salt and black pepper

3. 1 egg

4. breadcrumbs

5. oil or margarine

Directions:

1. Get boneless pork, then cut in slices with sharp knife

2. pour the egg on some plate and mix yolk and white with fork a bit

3. squeal breadcrumbs on another plate

4. a now the most important part, you need to hammer your slices on both sides. You need some meat hammer for this job. Do it well, but watch out, not too hard.

5. Squeal some salt and pepper on slice, dip pork slices in egg, then in breadcrumbs.

6. Then bake it in a pan. You can use sunflower oil, margarine. Remember oil needs to be very hot. Bake it for 5-7 minutes until bread get a bit brown color.

Ready. You can serve it with bread and sliced tomatoes. Or serve it with french fries and some vegies. You can also serve it with mashed potatoes and vegies or some salad. It is up to you.
